Refund Policy for EpicReloads
Any game top-ups that have been credited are considered final and are non-refundable. If a customer enters incorrect login credentials or player ID for a top-up, once the order is processed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
Bonus top-ups are managed and distributed by the game authority; EpicReloads.com is not responsible for the non-crediting of any bonus top-up and will not issue refunds in such cases.
EpicReloads.com shall not be liable for any gift cards or other digital goods that have been stolen, misplaced, or misused without authorization. For clarity, EpicReloads.com is not obligated to inquire or verify at the redemption of a Gift Card whether such Gift Card has been properly obtained.
Purchases of any form of CD Key, Gift Card, Game Points, or Prepaid Card are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Eligibility for a Return: To be eligible for a return, you must face one of the following situations:
- Unauthorized charges on your credit/debit card, PayPal, or any other payment methods, provided that your order has not been delivered.
- Inability of EpicReloads.com to fulfill your order due to lack of stock or because the item is no longer available.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support via Live-Chat or email at support@epicreloads.com. A receipt or proof of purchase from EpicReloads.com will be required to process a refund.
Refunds (if applicable): If your purchase qualifies for a refund, please contact our Customer Support through LiveChat or email at support@epicreloads.com.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
- First, check your payment accounts again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank next, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@epicreloads.com.
Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our Customer Support via LiveChat or email at support@epicreloads.com.
